Kent Fine Art is a Commercial Art Gallery formerly located in the heart of the art world (Chelsea, NYC) open for over 40 years supporting contemporary artists worldwide.
THE CHALLENGE
Kent Fine Art was closing the Chelsea gallery in 2017 and needed a more proactive web platform and sales tool while they were sans brick & mortar. The current web developer was also over charging for minor changes and design edits to the website. To break free and have more autonomy, we came up with a solution to migrate the 40 years of gallery archives over to Squarespace, create an e-commerce prototype, and data capture people downloading free PDF catalogs on artists to better engage with customers.
